Our humble beginnings
On the 12 May 2000, Living God's Church was born. Since this time the Church has moved from a small beginning as a home group and now has become a multicultural international Church. The name of the Church is founded on 1 Timothy 3:15 which says: if I am delayed, you will know how people ought to conduct themselves in God's household, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth.

Transition
From the home of the Bishop, the church moved to a community centre, used two other church premises and in 2003 the Good Shepherd, the Lord Jesus Christ gave us our own place of worship through the power of the Holy Spirit in the heart of the City of Leicester. This serves as the Headquarters for a worldwide Harvest Mission. Through the times the Church had gone through lots of challenges, trial moments but we thank the Lord Jesus Christ, for, at any moment in time that the enemy came like a flood to attack us the Lord raised a standard that took us to another level of faith and total dependence on Him as the Head of the Church.

The name Living God's Church has been our testimony. As Abraham experienced God as Jehovah-Jireh, so we have experienced Him as indeed the Living God. We have experienced the acts of God in ways that space would not allow us to testify. Every moment in the life of the Church declares the glory of the Lord. We have every course to celebrate the mysterious encounters we have had with our Lord and Saviour through the power of the Holy Spirit. As a gesture of appreciation and thanksgiving we have named our choir Hallelujah Choir so that by the mention of that name we can also give God the highiest form of praise.

Ebenezer
Today we have churches all over the world. Our church is typical of the early church in Antioch where the blood of Jesus has washed all colour line. We can confidently claim that there is no Jew or Gentile at Living God's Church. People from different nationalities, cultures and backgrounds come to worship together. Love is shared at the highest level. You have to be at our service to experience this love. We have also started our Home Cell groups so that we can welcome our neighbours to fellowship in a friendly community environment close to their homes. We also operate homogenous groups such as men and women's fellowship. We are also part of the Churches together in the City of Leicester. We have the Manna Resource Centre that ministers to the daily needs of the community we serve.

International Extensions
We believe and pursue the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19. We thank God for giving us the opportunities to plant Churches in Ghana and Pakistan. Our Churches in Ghana are currently located in the Eastern and Oti Regions.

Our hope for the future-The Harvest Mission
We will continue to proclaim Jesus to the world so that the Living God's Church will reach out to the lost, unreached and to bring spiritual understanding through the teaching of the Word of God to all people of the world, in a very simple way as the Holy Spirit directs. We hope that in that process, change will come, and people are going to be transformed through the renewal of their mind and that Christ will be known by all and the mind of Christ will be formed in all the Lord Jesus Christ opens the door for us to come in contact.

Our Appreciation
Unto God be the glory for the great things He has done and for the greater things He will do. Amen. We want to thank Bishop Dr Eric Brown, Bishop Dr Norman Gooden and the entire New Testament Church of God, UK and Dr Charles Roges for the numerous ways they have helped us. And finally, we thank all those who have contributed towards the building of Living God's Churches, we say thank you and God bless you.
