Living God’s Church we enjoy fellowshipping through breaking of bread. As was the custom in the early church that, ‘they continued steadfastly in the teaching and fellowship of the apostles in the breaking of bread and prayers.’ (Acts 2:42). It is the mission of Living God’s church to feed the soul as well as the physical body. This is a living that expresses God’s attributes in human virtues as Jesus, the Man-Saviour did. He told the disciples to feed the people after He had taught them , ‘…You give them something to eat’ (Mark6:37). Jesus went on to feed the five thousand men who were present with five loaves and two fish (Mark 6:37-44). It is also our mission to promote the unity of the Church, the body of Christ, through fellowship in breaking of bread. It is of significance to share and enjoy the blessings of God. Interaction among church members and joy is enhanced when the people are fed. By the grace of God we have finger foods and refreshments every Sunday and full menus on occasions/events run by the Church. The catering team serves cheerfully and liberally being guided by the privilege to minister to God’s special people. We desire to be hospitable to one another (1Peter 4:9), and that we will all have one love and desire one goal in seeking after the Lord, when our physical bodies have been satisfied.
